I'm a physiotherapist and Pilates instructor with a passion for integrating movement and rehabilitation. I use Pilates as a key part of my patients' recovery journey, helping them build strength, mobility, and confidence through tailored, therapeutic movement. In addition to working with clients, I also mentor and teach other Pilates instructors, sharing my knowledge of anatomy, rehab, and intelligent programming. This platform is a space where clients and patients can access rehab-focused Pilates workouts online—designed to support recovery, improve function, and empower you to move well, wherever you are.
